Cancellation PolicyOn Tour Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellation fees per person are 61+ Days - $100.00, 60 days – 50% of Tour Payment, 45-0 Days - No Refund. Some trips may have a non-refundable deposit due to the nature of the trip. Please ask for specific information about the specific trip you are interested in taking. (Participants are highly encouraged to purchase trip cancellation insurance within seven days of deposit). We must receive written notification that you are canceling your reservation. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the tour prior to departure in which event, the entire payment will be refunded with no further obligation or liability on our part. The right is also reserved to decline to accept any person as a member of the tour, to substitute accommodations, carriers or any other qualified leader, or to alter the itinerary of the program any time when deemed appropriate or advisable without penalty or liability. Davisville Travel, On Tour and the Tour Sponsor acts only as agent for hotels, tour operators, sightseeing companies and transportation services used in providing the arrangements included in the tour itinerary, and shall not be held liable for any delay, accident, injury, damage or loss incurred by vehicle defect or through any act of any supplier and/or its employees. Davisville Travel shall not be held responsible for any act, error or omission. If for any reason itinerary or arrangements must be altered, such changes may be made without penalty to Davisville Travel, and any additional charges may be collected from the passenger. The airlines concerned are not held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not on board their aircraft. Passenger ticket in use by the airline, when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser of those tickets and/or passengers. CST#201523440 |
